This week’s dish is very easy and can be prepared, cooked, and prepped within 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Firstly, I set the oven at 375 degrees and started seasoning the fish with Mrs. Dash. I also added a squeeze of lemon and italian dressing. Lastly, I placed a sheet of alumina foil over the pan and placed it in the oven
Baking time: 25 minutes
While the fish is baking, I started warming up the vegetables and rice in the microwave.
Warm up time: 5 per bag
Once all the food has finished cooking, I placed the food in individual containers and placed them in the freezer.
